I have built a highly successful career in DMV area real estate by leveraging my Information Technology and Computer background to help my clients sell and find the home of their dreams. All of my listings have Real Motion Videos, which are posted on YouTube, the MLS, and numerous other relevant websites all over the web. I am pleased and honored to have one of the most experienced and hard-working team. I work with our Sellers and Listings, while the rest of the Team handle all our buyers as Buyer's Agents. Going a step beyond traditional Realtor licensing, Dawn has obtained the required amount of experience, education, and testing to acquire the esteemed Associate Broker license. In addition to constantly expanding her knowledge with new designations and certifications, she believes in using her experience to better the Real Estate Community as a whole. She served on the her local Board of Directors from 2016-2018 and frequently leads seminars, classes, and mentorships for new agents.
Dawn stands out from many Maryland, Virginia, and DC Realtors and listing agents because of her vast knowledge of internet marketing and social media optimization. Her reputation among Realtors and beyond has attracted a following of almost 200K to her various social media platforms. Dawn is a lifetime resident of the DMV area. With her husband, Roger, she has 4 children and 7 grandchildren. When she has free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time on the River.
